Hi, I would like to know if Xcelsius can use databases from any ERPs, and if the dashboards could be online and on real time

Hi Sebastien,

Xcelsius and the SAP BusinessObjects product stack as a whole are open and agnostic – meaning you can use data from any data source. Dashboards could be deployed online in a portal and the dashboards would update in sync with changes made to the data source.

Sebastian,

Yes, Xcelsius can use databases from any ERP using a semantic layer ( such as Query as a Web Service / Live Office with a Universe ) for real time data feeds or use internal data within Xcelsius model.
