If you’re evaluating business intelligence solutions, you’ll find that there are 3-4 main vendors in the market (SAP Business Objects, Microsoft, IBM Cognos, Oracle) who are gobbling up emerging technologies to add into their overall stack and that the overall stack can now include segments that were once considered separate (eg ETL tools and performance management).
